It all started with a bowl of soup.

I'm a word-tinker with a finicky palate that satisfies my spending urges with food purchases.
Five years ago I landed in the land of mushrooms, sea creatures and an old culinary tradition.
At first I couldn't communicate verbally (difficult for a word lover) so I started to learn how to express my feelings in what I cooked and shared with those around me.
